Selected Work

Systems that people rely on every working day.

We measure our work by what it's like six months after launch: still in daily use, still boring to operate. A selection of recent projects follows.

Clinical Care Platform

A care coordination platform for a clinical provider: patient records, scheduling, and clinician workflows in one system, with the access control and audit trail a clinical setting demands.

The hard part of healthcare software isn't the interface — it's making the strict parts invisible. Clinicians work in the tool all day; compliance happens underneath them.

Outcome

In daily clinical use, with coordination that previously lived across spreadsheets and phone calls handled in one place.

Warehouse Management App

Receiving, put-away, picking, and stock control for a working warehouse — built for people using it standing up, with gloves on, against a clock. Real-time stock positions replace the end-of-day reconciliation ritual.

Outcome

Paper pick lists retired. Stock accuracy went from a weekly argument to a number nobody checks twice.

Chemical Ordering System

An ordering system for controlled chemicals, where every request carries approval chains, quantity limits, and documentation requirements. The system enforces the rules so the people ordering don't have to memorize them.

Outcome

Ordering that used to route through email and judgment calls now runs through one controlled path, with the paper trail generated as a side effect.

Design Work

Alongside product work, we design and build marketing and brand sites for clients who want their public face held to the same standard as their internal tools — fast, precise, and maintained by people who also write the code.

Outcome

Sites the clients update themselves, on foundations that don't need a retainer to keep standing.

Automation Suites

For operations-heavy clients, we build suites of automations rather than one-off scripts: data syncs between systems that never talked to each other, reports that assemble themselves, hand-offs between departments that no longer need a person in the middle.

Outcome

Up to 80% of manual hours removed for the teams involved — capacity returned without headcount changes.
